Scalable, available, industrialised: STILL presents a smart automation portfolio for every application scenario

Smart solutions for the great challenges of our time - this is what STILL will be presenting at this year's LogiMAT from 11 to 13 March in Stuttgart with its comprehensive portfolio of innovative trucks, modular service offerings and pioneering software. The focus will be on the scalable automation solution STILL iGo, which enables process automation in intralogistics at all levels and dimensions based on standardised components, industrial production and modular concepts - uncomplicated, available, cost-effective and infinitely scalable.

The process that STILL started at the beginning of last year with the EXV iGo automated high lift pallet truck has now, with the introduction of three further automated series trucks by mid-2025, reached another milestone: the industrialisation of the automation portfolio of the Hamburg-based intralogistics expert. This means that STILL has fully industrialised its current range of automated truck solutions based on modular concepts and standardised components. In addition to the EXV iGo, this includes the new entry-level model AXV iGo, the IFOY-nominated reach truck FM-X iGo and the narrow-aisle truck MX-X iGo. In combination with the intuitive plug-and-play solution iGo easy and the highly customised system solution STILL iGo systems, customers benefit from custom-fit and safe automated equipment, fast availability, consistent compatibility and high cost-efficiency - for all application scenarios and regardless of the complexity of the requirements.

STILL iGo: Scalable automation right from the start

STILL iGo covers the entire spectrum of automation and offers customers scalable solutions that are immediately available. For easy access and automation of individual, moderate transport tasks in existing warehouse structures, the two compact, intuitively operated high lift trucks AXV iGo and EXV iGo are ideal partners. For more complex transport tasks through to integrated material flows with the highest demands on storage density, storage heights and load capacities, the iGo portfolio offers further solutions: the FM-X iGo reach truck, which with a storage height of up to 10 metres and an aisle width of just 3,000 mm enables efficient storage density even under difficult conditions in existing warehouse layouts, and - for really high demands - the MX-X iGo narrow aisle truck with a storage height of up to 14 metres. Advanced lithium-ion technology and a multi-level safety system in accordance with ISO-3691-4 as standard make all trucks reliable, available and future-proof helpers in warehouses and production supply.

This also applies to automated partner products. In order to be able to offer customers intelligent and efficient solutions for all intralogistics challenges as a full-service provider, STILL rounds off its automation portfolio with smart partner products such as the manoeuvrable ACH and AXH underride vehicles and the fully automated iGo cube pallet shuttle warehouse.

iGo flow: Smartly connected for maximum flexibility

With the innovative iGo flow connectivity software, all trucks can operate both as stand-alone solutions and in smart interaction with each other. iGo flow ensures reliable connection of automated, manual and stationary devices, manages transport and material movements and also enables connection to customer systems and third-party vehicles. For even greater compatibility and interoperability, STILL is also gradually equipping all iGo devices with the standardised VDA 5050 interface.

Industrialised production for customer focus and convenient service

In order to meet customer demands for fast availability, convenient service, high cost efficiency and infinite scalability, STILL has completely converted its current automation portfolio to industrial production based on standardised components. Series production enables significantly shorter delivery times and more flexible production. Standardisation also means that spare parts for automated vehicles can be delivered very quickly via STILL's central spare parts supply. The standardisation of the software components is another important pillar of the new concept: it enables high compatibility and interoperability as well as consistent, intuitive operating concepts and is also the basis of STILL's digital service concept. Software problems are solved by STILL's automation experts via remote support. They have direct access to the truck computers or the entire system. The service technicians configure new hardware quickly and easily at the customer's site using the company's own cloud backup and a digital twin. This also speeds up subsequent maintenance and repair work on the vehicle.

STILL at LogiMAT 2025

At this year's LogiMAT, visitors can experience scalable automation with STILL iGo for themselves - for example in two live scenarios in which STILL presents an iGo easy solution with the AXV iGo as well as a fully automated material flow synchronised with iGo systems using several trucks and the iGo cube pallet shuttle warehouse. The Hamburg-based intralogistics specialist's solution-oriented offering also includes a differentiated portfolio of manual forklift trucks and warehouse trucks, modular service packages that allow customers to set their own priorities, as well as innovative digital tools for smart self-service fleet management. STILL will be presenting these highlights at this year's LogiMAT from 11 to 13 March in hall 10, B 40 & 41.
